Complaint Procedure

BY-LAW XI #7

  1. You must go through the Convenor for your division. This complaint or concern must be in writing for it to be entertained.
  2. If you our not satisfied with the response from your Convenor, you shall address your complaint or concern, in writing, to the Director of Convenors.
  3. If at this stage you are still not satisfied, your next step is to address your complaint or concern, in writing to the Vice-President in charge of the appropriate division.
  4. If you are still not satisfied, you now shall address your concern or complaint, in writing to the President.
THIS PROCEDURE MUST BE FOLLOWED,
NO TELEPHONE CONCERNS OR COMPLAINTS
WILL BE ACCEPTED.
